About

We are seeking experienced executive administrative professionals to support senior leadership within a high-level executive office environment. The role involves preparing executive reports, structuring and refining official documents, designing leadership presentations, and ensuring organized coordination across multiple stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working with confidential information, managing tight deadlines, and supporting C-level or equivalent leadership roles. Strong skills in document formatting, structured writing, PowerPoint presentation development, and follow-up coordination are essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates high attention to detail, professional communication skills, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with executive priorities. Experience in government, corporate executive offices, or regulated environments is preferred. This role requires discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, decision-ready materials that support leadership effectiveness and operational continuity.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
