We are looking for a LinkedIn growth operator.
This is NOT a content writing role.
Content is already handled internally.
We want someone who understands distribution mechanics and audience scaling.
Your role is to:
• Scale followers beyond just posting
• Build real audience momentum
• Engineer engagement velocity
• Create a measurable weekly growth plan
• Explain the systems and tools you use
This is performance-driven. We are looking for operators, not theory.
