Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Scrum Master to lead and manage high-performing Agile teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, hands-on Agile leadership, and the ability to effectively manage multiple cross-functional initiatives while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage 8+ member Scrum teams within a software development environment.

  • Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure best practices are consistently applied.

  • Drive application development releases on time within an ever-changing, time-competing environment.

  • Operate autonomously across multiple teams while demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership.

  • Effectively switch gears and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

  • Establish strong working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and partners in different time zones.

  • Make informed decisions on the fly to keep projects moving forward efficiently.

  • Ensure seamless collaboration across large, cross-functional teams delivering large-scale systems.

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • E-commerce platform experience in retail or related domain.

  • Must come from a software development shop and have managed 8+ member Scrum teams.

  • 3+ years of Agile Scrum experience at Scrum Master capacity.

  • Proven experience in software engineering with cloud technologies and web technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, JVM, etc.) and SOA/distributed applications architectures.

  • Experience delivering large, cross-functional projects with world-class availability, scalability, and performance requirements.

  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.

  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, oral, and presentation.

  • Energetic with a go-getter mentality.

  • A driver — someone who rolls up their sleeves to effectively run application development releases on time within an ever-changing, time-competing environment.

  • Must be able to switch gears and move to and from a few ongoing projects effectively.

  • Able to make decisions on the fly.
