Location: Trois-Riviere, QC
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 80,000 - $95,000/year, based on experience + vacations, benefits, + more.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Human Resources Advisor plays a key role in managing and coordinating all HR activities across the organization.
This is a hands-on, operational HR role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys partnering closely with managers to support recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Payroll
Manage payroll, compensation, and employee benefits
Experience with ADP is a major asset
Ensure compliance with employment standards and occupational health & safety legislation
Coordinate CNESST (workers' compensation), disability, and maternity/paternity leave files
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes
Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs
Participate in interviews and candidate selection
Oversee onboarding and employee integration
Employee Relations & Development
Support managers with day-to-day HR matters
Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate training programs (including Law 90 requirements, where applicable)
Maintain training records and competency development initiatives
Support employee recognition programs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
3–5 years of relevant HR experience
Experience in recruitment and training
Experience in payroll administration
Experience supporting multiple department managers
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of employment standards and occupational health & safety legislation
Language Requirement
Fully bilingual (English and French) – mandatory
