About

Req ID:
At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. Every day, more than colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and problem-solving expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside versatile, creative, and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in the specification, integration, and validation of innovative transportation systems, directly contributing to optimizing overall project performance. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (clients, partners, subcontractors, and other Alstom entities), participate in technical coordination, and ensure compliance with Alstom's standards and processes, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of gathering, organizing, and tracking requirements in collaboration with project managers, architects, developers, validation teams, and customers, but also coordinate systems engineering activities, including managing client changes and directives.
We'll look to you for:
Managing requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating systems engineering activities and managing client changes
Monitoring and managing technical documentation to ensure compliance
Building and maintaining constructive relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors
Implementing systems engineering methods and tools
Participating in technical risk assessments and performance analysis
Collaborating with validation teams to ensure all requirements are met

Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
Work with new security standards for rail signalling
Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

Bilingual French and English knowledge of a language other than French is an asset when dealing with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues and customers. In Quebec, French remains the main working language of our company.
You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you
