About
This is not a data entry project. We need a relational Airtable system built correctly from the start.
Project Goals
The system must:
• Centralize proposal records
• Break proposals into reusable scope tasks
• Create a searchable scope language library
• Group tasks by discipline (Hydrology, Hydraulics, Permitting, etc.)
• Track typical hour ranges and fee ranges per task
• Link tasks to proposals in which they were used
• Support future pricing intelligence (estimated vs actual tracking)
We are building long-term operational infrastructure, not just a list.
Required Structure
You will design and build:
Proposal table
Scope Task Library table
Logical linked relationships
Clean field naming conventions
Useful filtered and grouped views
The structure must be intuitive and scalable.
Deliverables
• Fully built Airtable base
• Practical prebuilt views
• Clear relational setup
• One 60-minute walkthrough call
Required Experience
• Demonstrated experience building relational Airtable systems
• Experience designing business operations databases
• Ability to think structurally and strategically
• Examples of prior Airtable builds
Bonus: Experience working with consulting or professional service firms.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
