About
I'm looking for a senior-level creative video editor to take over a lot of our day-to-day editing. This is not a basic "cut clips together" role. I'm looking for someone with good taste, strong pacing, and a real creative eye.
You'll be editing a mix of event recaps, lifestyle content, real estate, and brand storytelling. Some projects are simple, some are more involved. You need to be comfortable working across different styles and knowing when to keep things clean versus when to push creatively.
I've included example videos in a Google Drive. Please review them carefully and only apply if you feel confident you can hit or exceed that level of quality.
REVIEW THESE VIDEOS:
I want someone who:
• Thinks outside the box
• Brings their own creative vision and not just follows instructions
• Can suggest better ideas or alternatives
• Knows how to find and use trending music
• Cares about clean, modern, non-tacky edits
Ultimately, I'm looking for a creative director level editor. Someone who can lead our edits long-term and grow with the team. The first round of projects will be a test to see how you approach creativity, style, and problem-solving.
