I am looking for a proactive, reliable, and fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations for customer support to clients and our team.
Role Overview:
I need a versatile assistant to support with various tasks, including email management, client communications, CRM updates, invoicing, agreement creation, account management, social media management, and more. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, engineers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations, excellent service delivery, and preparing executive reports for performance analysis.
