About

I tend to approach technical work with a very analytical and perfection-driven mindset. I struggle to accept formulas or concepts at a surface level—I need to break down every component, understand its role, and see how it connects to the broader framework before I feel confident moving forward.
For example, in a financial engineering course, the first lectures covered futures, Black-Scholes, options, and Greeks. While the class quickly moved ahead, I found myself still focused on the futures section a week later because the slides only provided formulas. I wasn't comfortable using them without first understanding the underlying asset-pricing theory and assumptions. Without a clear structural guide at the beginning, I spent significant time reconstructing the foundations on my own before progressing.
I'm looking for someone who can help me build structured understanding efficiently—someone who can break down concepts, explain the "why" behind each step, and guide me through complex topics without letting me get lost in unnecessary detail.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Modeling, Probability Theory, Econometrics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Scraping, Cryptocurrency, Web3, Python, R, MATLAB, Academic Writing, Interview Preparation
