About
We already have a complete analytics deck (approximately 20 slides) with all metrics and data included. The data is accurate, and while we're open to converting charts or reframing how information is presented, the underlying numbers and meaning must remain intact.
The final deck must be designed in Canva and delivered as a fully editable Canva file.
Timeline
• Turnaround needed: within 24 hours of project start
• We will provide all assets and feedback promptly to support the timeline
Project Scope
• Redesign an existing ~20-slide analytics presentation
• Elevate the deck into a premium, client-ready analytics presentation
• Improve visual hierarchy, clarity, and flow
• Rework charts, tables, or layouts where helpful to improve readability and insight
• Create a reusable, scalable design system for ongoing monthly reporting
What We're Looking For
• Strong experience designing analytics, reporting, or performance decks
• Advanced Canva skills (custom layouts, chart styling, typography, spacing)
• Ability to recommend better ways to visualize and structure data
• Proven ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Experience with marketing, social media, or digital analytics is a strong plus
Deliverables
• Fully redesigned analytics deck in Canva
• Updated charts and layouts that improve insight clarity
• Consistent slide templates and visual system
• Editable file suitable for monthly reuse
Nice to Have
• Agency or client-facing reporting experience
• Comfort collaborating on data presentation decisions
• Familiarity with recurring analytics or KPI reporting
