We're looking for a super long term relationship with an absolute killer Client Success Manager to join our fast-growing Google Ads marketing agency. You'll be on the front lines, 1-1, with 30+ of our service business clients.
The majority of our clients are plumbing businesses, so if you have experience working in this niche plus Google Ads marketing, that is a huge bonus.
We help local service businesses build predictable, scalable lead systems using Google Ads.
This is a high-standard, high-impact role with real ownership, upside, and growth.
This is NOT a chill account manager job.
Who This Is For (Read Carefully)
a) The Operator
You have experience running or working in the marketing agency space.
You want to:
* Stop wearing 12 hats
* Potentially Earning $5k–$12k+/mo
* Operate inside a proven system with way less stress
b) The Elite CSM
You've been a Client Success Manager or agency owner for at least 2+ years.
You've supported $1M+ in backend revenue and know how to:
* Retain clients
* Handle objections
* Drive expansion
* Protect churn like your life depends on it
c) Closer
You're a high-ticket sales rep with $2M+ in closed deals, strong business acumen, but you're done with:
* 8–10 calls per day
* Constant prospecting
* Living on a calendar
You'd rather own relationships, solve problems, and build long-term value.
You are:
* Business-minded (you understand ROI over vanity metrics)
* Obsessed with client results and retention
* Comfortable working with high-ticket clients
Bonus if you:
* Have experience with Google Ads
* Worked directly with plumbing business owners
* Have managed clients paying $2k–$10k+/mo
What This Role Is
You will own client success end-to-end.
You are the face of the agency post-sale.
This includes:
* Client communication and relationship management
* Ensuring clients feel confident, supported, and progressing
* Running monthly strategy calls with clients on an as-needed basis
* Guiding clients through onboarding and early wins
* Driving retention, renewals, and upsells
* Identifying expansion opportunities and earning commissions
* Working directly with the founder and leadership team
Optional: You can take sales calls to make extra commission on top of your base pay.
You are not "support."
You are client-facing leadership.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Client Communication
* Primary point of contact for assigned clients
* Clear, proactive, confident communication
* Managing expectations and difficult conversations when needed
Client Success
* Ensuring clients understand performance, strategy, and next steps
* Translating Google Ads results into real business outcomes
* Making clients feel taken care of at all times
Monthly Strategy Calls
* Leading monthly strategy and performance calls
* Identifying optimization opportunities and growth levers
* Positioning next steps clearly and confidently
Onboarding Support
* Guiding new clients through onboarding
* Ensuring smooth handoff into fulfillment
* Setting the tone for long-term retention from Day 1
Client Retention
* Preventing churn before it happens
* Addressing concerns early
* Protecting LTV like it's your own money
Sales and Expansion (Commission-Based)
* Identifying upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities
* Positioning additional services or coaching
* Earning commission on closed expansions

Compensation and Upside
* Base pay plus sales commissions on expansions and upsells
* Retention-based bonuses

Top performers will be paid very well.
