The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of API integrations, as well as a proven track record in managing customer communication systems. You will be responsible for configuring agents, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless communication with our users. If you have a passion for enhancing customer experiences through effective tool integration, we want to hear from you
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Zendesk, Email Communication, Customer Support, Intercom, Supabase, TypeScript, GitHub, GitHub Copilot
