About
This is not a template tweaking job. You're taking a client brief, designing the site, and building the whole thing in Wix Studio from the ground up. Mid-size sites, typically 10-20 pages, designed well and built properly. If you rely on templates and drag things around until they look okay, this isn't for you. We need someone who understands design principles and can execute at a professional level inside Wix Studio specifically.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and building complete websites in Wix Studio from scratch based on client briefs
- Creating responsive, polished layouts that work across all devices
- Setting up site structure, navigation, and content hierarchy for 10-20 page sites
- Integrating Wix-native features (forms, booking, e-commerce, CMS collections, dynamic pages) as required by the project
- Delivering sites that are client-ready - not wireframes, not 80% done, fully finished
What we need from you:
- Deep Wix Studio expertise. You know the platform inside out - its strengths, its limitations, and how to get the best results within them. You're not a Wordpress designer who can "also do Wix."
- Real design ability. You can make layout, typography, colour, and spacing decisions that hold up professionally. You're not just technically proficient - you have taste.
- Speed without shortcuts. One site per week at this scope means you've built enough sites to work efficiently. You're not figuring things out as you go.
- You can explain your decisions. When you deliver a site, you can walk through why you structured it the way you did, why you made specific design choices, and how it serves the client's goals.
- English is your first language. You'll be working from client briefs where nuance matters, and communicating directly with the team on design decisions.
What this looks like long term:
One site per week at $1,400 USD per site. Consistent, predictable volume for someone who can deliver at this pace and standard. We're hiring one designer now and will add more as volume grows. Deliver well and you'll have steady work without chasing clients.

We're a global, contractor-based operation. No office politics, no approval chains that go nowhere. We brief clearly, give feedback directly, and pay on time. 50% is released when the project is allocated, 50% on approved delivery. We value people who own their work, think commercially, and deliver without being managed step by step.
