What is the opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the compliance, security, and operational efficiency of our infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What will you do?

  • Manage server compliance and oversee application installations on Windows servers.

  • Monitor security scans, functional tests, and end-to-end test results for cloud platforms (OCP, Elastic, MongoDB, Redis) to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

  • Oversee ITIL-based processes, including change, incident, and problem management, while ensuring SLA adherence.

  • Collaborate with teams to identify, document, and track risks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

  • Coordinate and support business continuity and disaster recovery exercises to maintain operational readiness.

  • Facilitate database schema changes and collaborate with DBAs to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of MS SQL, MongoDB, and Elastic databases.

  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation on infrastructure, system settings, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Provide first-line support for MECM-related issues and automation processes using MECM SDK/API.

  • Manage application authentication processes, including onboarding and offboarding, using Microsoft Entra/Graph API.

  • Apply general networking knowledge to support infrastructure and application needs.

What do you need to succeed ?

Must-Have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Analyst role.

  • Strong expertise in Windows Server management, including server compliance and application installations.

  • General knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including OCP, Elastic, MongoDB, and Redis.

  • Experience with Change Management, Incident/Problem Management, and SLA processes.

  • Proven ability to manage and track risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MS SQL, MongoDB, Elastic) and coordination of schema changes.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

  • Experience with MECM and automation using SDK/API.

  • General Knowledge with Microsoft Entra/Graph API and networking concepts.

Nice-to-Have

  • ITIL Foundation certification.

  • Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution.

  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and tools.

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for MECM product logs.

  • Experience with automation and scripting for infrastructure maintenance.
