This role demands a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on pick lists or scanner instructions.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package products appropriately for safe transit, selecting correct packing materials.
- Label outgoing shipments correctly and efficiently.
- Stage picked and packed orders in the designated shipping area.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed individual productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Participate in inventory checks and cycle counts as directed.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to a supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capacity to handle moderate Lifting requirements, up to 35 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Prior warehouse experience, particularly in picking or packing, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic logistics operations.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines.
