Exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Associate in Boise, Idaho! This role is central to our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently processing customer orders. You will be involved in picking, packing, and shipping a variety of products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipping carriers.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
- Utilize necessary **PPE** at all times.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of **Logistics** and supply chain principles is a plus.
- Commitment to adhering to **Safety** regulations and wearing **PPE**.
