About
Join our growing logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate. This is a comprehensive role requiring versatility and a strong commitment to operational excellence within our distribution center. You will be involved in all facets of warehouse operations, including receiving and stocking inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A solid grasp of warehouse logistics and inventory management is crucial. Your duties will extend to operating various warehouse equipment and ensuring the integrity of our inventory. Safety is our utmost priority, and strict adherence to all established safety regulations and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE are required. This position involves significant physical demands, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. We seek individuals who are highly dependable, possess excellent organizational skills, and excel in a collaborative team environment to achieve peak operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
- Pack orders securely to ensure product protection during transit.
- Label shipments correctly for domestic and international destinations.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Comply with all company safety policies and diligently use PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly valued.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and other warehouse management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Physical capacity for frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Unwavering commitment to safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
