Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Baltimore, Maryland! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our bustling warehouse operations. In this versatile role, you will engage in a variety of tasks crucial to the efficient movement and storage of goods. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A solid understanding of warehouse logistics and a commitment to operational excellence are essential. You will operate various warehouse equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure products are handled with care. Safety is our top priority, and strict adherence to all safety procedures and the consistent use of appropriate PPE are mandatory. This position requires physical capability, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs and prolonged periods of standing and walking. We value individuals who are dependable, proactive, and work well collaboratively within a team setting to achieve departmental goals.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock inventory in designated areas.
- Pick items for orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently.
- Label outgoing shipments correctly.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to use RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
