Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or equipment issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Excellent physical condition, with the ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, up to 60 lbs.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
  • Familiarity with Logistics processes is advantageous.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
