Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or equipment issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
- Excellent physical condition, with the ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, up to 60 lbs.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is advantageous.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
