Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our high-volume distribution center in Dallas, Texas. In this fast-paced role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. Your primary responsibilities will include picking specified items from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanners, and then carefully packing these items for safe transit. This involves selecting appropriate packaging materials, ensuring items are secured, and labeling packages correctly. You will be expected to maintain high standards of accuracy and speed to meet demanding logistics targets. A keen eye for detail is essential to prevent shipping errors and minimize returns. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized workstation, assisting with inventory counts, and adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires a good level of physical fitness, including the ability to perform consistent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Teamwork and a positive attitude are highly valued.
