Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our busy warehouse operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by picking merchandise from inventory and carefully packaging it for shipment. This role is critical to our logistics chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You'll work in a team environment, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and maintaining a safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately select products from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment lists or electronic scanners.
  • Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details to ensure correct fulfillment.
  • Inspect products for any defects or damage before packaging.
  • Select appropriate packaging materials and assemble boxes or containers.
  • Securely package items to prevent damage during transit.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity standards for picking and packing.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, contributing to efficient logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand pick lists or follow instructions from scanning devices.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs), standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is a plus.
