Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory according to order tickets.
- Inspect items for accuracy and any defects.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper materials are used.
- Verify order details before sealing and labeling packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and picking/packing area.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scanning devices as needed.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support logistics flow.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and using PPE.
