Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Verify product information and quantities before confirming picks.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items immediately.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines, including correct PPE usage.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned to support logistics operations.
- Meet established picking performance standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good stamina and physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Strong commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Reliable and punctual.
