Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are looking for energetic individuals to support our e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Accuracy and speed are key to success in this fast-paced environment. You will work with various **Logistics** tools and systems to ensure orders are processed correctly. A good level of physical fitness is required, as the job involves frequent **Lifting**, bending, and standing. Maintaining a safe work environment is our top priority, so adherence to all **Safety** protocols and the correct use of **PPE** is mandatory. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Label packages correctly for delivery.
  • Process orders using our warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all **Safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
  • Contribute to team goals and efficient **Logistics** flow.
  • Safely handle products, including **Lifting** and moving items as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills for using WMS.
  • Capability of **Lifting** up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to follow **Safety** procedures and **PPE** guidelines.
  • Understanding of **Logistics** and order fulfillment is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Team player mentality.
