Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Organize and stock merchandise within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as assigned.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage, understanding the impact of Lifting on workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse through proactive problem-solving and a positive attitude.
- Must have the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 60 lbs.
