Our Austin, Texas facility is looking for a diligent Shipping Clerk to manage the outgoing flow of goods. This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and meet all carrier requirements. You will be responsible for preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate shipping records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a busy warehouse setting. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. This position demands a strong understanding of shipping procedures and a commitment to upholding our high standards of quality and safety. Effective communication with other departments, such as order fulfillment and inventory management, is vital. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our supply chain. We are committed to providing a safe working environment for all employees, including the mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While this role primarily involves administrative tasks, some physical movement and occasional Lifting may be necessary, so physical stamina is important.
