Job Summary:
Our Sacramento, California location is seeking an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse operations team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the forefront of our logistics process, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled with precision and speed. Your daily tasks will include receiving and organizing inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. All employees are required to follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick items from inventory based on customer orders using scanning devices.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Label shipments correctly and prepare them for carrier pick-up.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) safely.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counting as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed operational goals.
  • Identify and report any safety concerns or operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift, with frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order fulfillment processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
