We are actively recruiting for Order Pickers to become an integral part of our efficient warehouse operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this essential role, you will accurately select and prepare items for customer orders. Your responsibilities will include navigating the warehouse, using scanning technology to identify and retrieve products, and ensuring the accuracy of each order. This position demands a high level of focus, efficiency, and physical stamina, as it involves standing for long periods and performing significant Lifting . Our company prioritizes employee well-being through rigorous Safety training and the provision of all necessary PPE . You will contribute directly to the success of our Logistics network by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and confirm item selection.
- Verify product information and quantities against order requirements.
- Stage picked items for consolidation and packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking areas.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety protocols.
- Consistently use all mandated PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order picking or a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and handle physical tasks, including Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Logistics and inventory management.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
