Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair operations throughout the facility and grounds.

• This includes maintaining building, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and grounds in proper condition.
• You will also perform periodic maintenance on all company vehicles including small engine maintenance & repair.

In addition to your technical skills, strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. You will work closely with supervisors to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
