The Border Patrol Agent role requires a unique blend of skills and expertise. As part of an elite team, you will be responsible for detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws.

• You may qualify for this position if you have current or prior law enforcement experience, including military police assignments or state/local law enforcement organizations.

Duty location significantly impacts pay rates due to locality pay variations in federal law enforcement positions. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% base pay increase under the BPA Pay Reform Act.
