About
You will play a key role in HR data integrity, compliance, reporting, and continuous process improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize HRIS (e.g., UKG Ready/Pro), including payroll and time & attendance
Maintain HR data accuracy, audits, and reporting
Support benefits administration and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance documentation and HR operational workflows
Partner with IT, payroll, vendors, and HR leadership
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in HRIS / HR operations / payroll & benefits
Strong analytical and data management skills
Experience in multi-site or multi-jurisdiction environments
Fluently bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
