This is a long‑term role for someone who enjoys supporting a CEO, maintaining order, and handling day‑to‑day admin tasks with care and consistency.
Responsibilities
Organize files, documents, and digital assets
Maintain clean and structured Google Drive folders
Update and manage Google Sheets
Assist with scheduling, reminders, and task tracking
Light research and data entry
Keep communication organized (email, messages, notes)
Support ongoing business tasks and workflows
Ask clarifying questions when needed and communicate proactively
Ideal Candidate
Strong experience as a VA or admin assistant
Excellent English communication
Highly organized and detail‑driven
Comfortable working independently
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Able to follow SOPs and maintain structure
Reliable, consistent, and committed to long‑term work
