About
We're looking for an experienced PHP Laravel developer to complete and strengthen key modules within a secure client management system used in human services environments.
This is not a simple feature-add project. We need someone who understands structured systems, secure architecture, and role-based access in sensitive data environments.
Scope of Work
Complete Reporting Module
Finalize report module
Ensure correct data aggregation and validation
Optimize performance for large datasets
Implement SSO
Configure SAML 2.0 or OIDC/OAuth2
Secure authentication + session handling
Map/sync user roles and permissions
Follow secure token and encryption best practices
Finalize Data & Chart Module
Complete backend aggregation endpoints
Integrate or finish chart rendering
Ensure data accuracy and consistency
Improve load time and caching
Bug Fixes & Ongoing Optimization
Minor bug resolution
Query tuning and indexing
Performance profiling
Strengthening audit logging and access controls where needed
Required Experience
Strong PHP (8+) and Laravel (8/9/10+)
Proven SSO implementation experience (SAML or OIDC)
Experience building secure RBAC systems
Solid SQL optimization skills
Secure coding practices
Clean, well-documented code
Strongly Preferred
Experience building:
Human services systems
Case management software
Healthcare or compliance-aware platforms
Experience handling sensitive or regulated data
Familiarity with audit logging and structured permission hierarchies
Engagement
Contract (potential ongoing)
10–20 hrs/week or milestone-based
