## **Job Summary**
Imaginarium is seeking an experienced **Digital Analytics & Tracking Specialist** to build and optimize a comprehensive tracking and performance monitoring system for our website and marketing campaigns.
This role will establish a structured analytics foundation including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixel tracking, reporting dashboards, and website performance monitoring tools to support data-driven decision-making.
## **Key Responsibilities**
### Analytics & Tracking Setup
* Configure and optimize **Google Analytics 4 (GA4)**
* Set up and manage **Google Tag Manager (GTM)**
* Implement event tracking for:
* Ticket purchases / checkout completion
* Form submissions
* Newsletter signups
* Button clicks ("Buy Tickets", "Contact Us")
* Phone and email link clicks
* Scroll depth and engagement tracking
### Advertising & Conversion Tracking
* Set up **Google Ads conversion tracking**
* Implement **Meta Pixel** and validate event tracking
* Configure **Meta Conversions API (CAPI)** if applicable
* Implement additional pixels as needed (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Ensure proper UTM structure and campaign tracking standards
### Reporting & Dashboard Creation
* Develop executive dashboards using **Looker Studio**
* Create clear reporting on:
* Traffic sources
* Conversion rate & funnel performance
* Campaign ROI
* Top-performing pages
* Device performance (mobile vs desktop)
### SEO & Search Performance
* Configure and connect **Google Search Console**
* Ensure organic search data is properly integrated with GA4
### Website Performance Monitoring
* Set up monitoring tools for:
* Website uptime alerts
* Page speed performance tracking
* Basic error detection
### Documentation & Training
* Provide documentation of the tracking structure
* Conduct a walkthrough session for internal team members
## **Qualifications**
* Proven experience with **GA4 and Google Tag Manager**
* Strong background in conversion tracking and event configuration
* Experience implementing advertising pixels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
* Ability to test and troubleshoot tracking accuracy
* Strong understanding of UTM tracking best practices
* Experience with e-commerce or ticketing websites preferred
## **Deliverables**
* Fully configured GA4 property and GTM container
* All key conversion events implemented and tested
* Google Ads and Meta tracking validated
* Looker Studio dashboard delivered
* Search Console connected and verified
* Website monitoring tools set up
* Complete setup documentation provided
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
