About
We are current recruiting to fill a part time Member Services Representative vacancy in our Mount Forest branch.
Click here for current branch hours. This position is regularly scheduled 3 days per week. Preference will be given to candidates who are flexible with their availability, as additional hours will be requested during vacation periods up to 4 or 5 days per week.
Reporting to the Manager Member Services Team, this role requires a detailed and friendly service partner, who will serve and connect members with solutions that best fit their financial needs, enabling them to make peace with their money.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with members, asking good questions and listening to understand their needs
Deliver exemplary service to members in completing a variety of everyday financial transactions.
Refer members to branch specialists for advice and solutions relating to credit and investments
Bring expertise in Kindred's distinct offering of products and services to members' attention to answer questions and provide solutions for future needs
Ensure members are equipped to access digital channels so they can bank with Kindred where, when and how they want

Plus, You Bring Qualifications And Experience
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Financial literacy or experience in banking (beneficial)
Some post-secondary education, ideally in business or accounting
Comfort with MS Office and a willingness to learn new systems
