The Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the plant, leading a team of technicians to ensure equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and safe work practices.

Position Description
Supervise, schedule, and support maintenance staff in mechanical, electrical, and general facility maintenance tasks
Plan and oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing needs
Maintain maintenance records, inventory of parts, and order supplies as needed
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability
Train and mentor tradespeople and apprentices
Qualifications
Must be willing to work night shift
5+ years of Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisory Experience
5 to 10 years of Manufacturing Maintenance Experience
Valid Ontario trade certification (e.g., Millwright 433A, Electrician 442A/309A, or equivalent)
Proven leadership and organizational skills with a focus on safety and quality
Knowledge of ESA, OHSA, TSSA standards and CMMS systems
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or TPM practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Education
Valid Ontario trade certification (e.g., Millwright 433A, Electrician 442A/309A, or equivalent).
