This role is execution-focused. Accuracy, reconciliation discipline, and structured reporting are mandatory.
Core Responsibilities
Daily / Weekly:
Reconcile WooCommerce orders with Stripe and PayPal payments
Monitor and reconcile payment gateway clearing accounts
Track refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
Record payment processing fees accurately
Maintain clean audit trail documentation
Monthly:
Record and reconcile AliExpress supplier costs
Prepare consolidated supplier bills in Xero
Complete month-end closing within 5 business days
Produce accurate P&L and cash flow reports
Validate gross margin accuracy
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, Accounting
