About
We're currently looking for a designer for our period underwear brand. We're searching for a creative person who can design highly converting static visuals, mainly for paid ads, and who can also help us level up our social media presence by designing strong, on-brand social media images. Having a sharp eye for branding and consistency is very important to us.
In terms of deliverables, we're looking for someone who can:
- Design static ad creatives (Meta-focused) that are conversion-driven
- Create social media visuals that fit our feminine, confident, and playful brand style
- Think along with us creatively and proactively suggest new angles, concepts, and formats for the brand
We're not looking for a one-off task, but rather a long-term collaboration where we can build, test, and improve creatives together. Clear communication, reliability, and openness to feedback are key for us. We value designers who feel ownership over their work and enjoy thinking commercially, not just visually.
At the moment, we operate in the Netherlands and Belgium (we're a Dutch brand), but this year we're planning to expand to the USA and the UK, which makes this an exciting phase to join. We're a small, ambitious team with a strong brand vision, and you'd play an important role in shaping how the brand is seen internationally.
I came across your work and really love your creativity and your feeling for branding. I didn't see many commercial or advertising-style ads in your portfolio, so I wanted to ask about your experience with that specifically. That said, I'm confident you could absolutely do this if it's something you'd like to explore.
I'd also love to know how many hours per week or per month you're available.
