About
Seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist for our Dallas, Texas warehouse. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data, ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Implementing and enforcing inventory control procedures.
- Managing inventory data using our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Identifying and reporting damaged or obsolete stock.
- Working closely with warehouse and logistics staff to ensure accurate put-away and picking processes.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting on inventory status.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management software. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is essential. This role may require occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. A commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse is paramount.
