Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support the critical functions of our distribution center, ensuring the efficient movement of goods. You will play a key role in receiving, processing, and shipping orders, contributing to overall operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort, categorize, and stock inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all **Safety** procedures and wear required **PPE**.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Support **Logistics** operations by ensuring timely processing of all orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse **Safety** protocols and **PPE**.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** operations is a plus.
- Reliability and punctuality.
