We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is central to our daily **logistics** and operational success. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks including receiving goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a **safe** working environment, and adherence to all **PPE** guidelines and operational procedures is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and will be involved in **Lifting** products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves accurately and maintain inventory organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders with efficiency and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all **safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements.
- Perform **Lifting** of items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our **logistics** network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform **Lifting** throughout the shift.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and willingness to use **PPE**.
- Understanding of **logistics** principles and warehouse operations.
