Become a key player in our **logistics** network as a Fulfillment Associate at our Portland, Oregon location. We need dedicated individuals to help us process and dispatch orders with precision and speed. Your role will involve picking items from inventory, meticulously packing them, and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. This is a dynamic position that requires focus, efficiency, and a strong adherence to **safety** standards. You will be using technology to manage orders and inventory, ensuring accuracy at every step. If you have a strong work ethic, are comfortable with physical tasks including **Lifting**, and are committed to maintaining a safe workplace by using provided **PPE**, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Pick items accurately from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify picked items against customer orders.
- Pack products securely and attractively for shipment.
- Process orders using warehouse management system software.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order status.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Follow all **safety** protocols and wear designated **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Handle **Lifting** of items up to 40 lbs.
- Support the efficient operation of our **logistics** department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or order picking is beneficial.
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology and scanners.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform **Lifting** for extended periods.
- Commitment to **safety** and proper use of **PPE**.
- Understanding of **logistics** best practices.
