This role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and **Lifting**. We provide all necessary **PPE** and comprehensive training on **logistics** procedures. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Carefully pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Print shipping labels and affix them to packages.
- Operate hand scanners and other technology to track inventory and order status.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures.
- Wear required **PPE** at all times.
- Perform **Lifting** of up to 40 lbs as needed.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our **logistics** and fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform **Lifting**.
- Commitment to **safety** and willingness to use **PPE**.
- Understanding of **logistics** and order fulfillment principles.
