About
Our Cincinnati, Ohio distribution center is seeking an experienced Order Picker to join our logistics team. The Order Picker plays a crucial role in our supply chain by accurately selecting and preparing items for customer orders. Responsibilities include navigating the warehouse to retrieve products using scanners and pick lists, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected, and delivering them to the appropriate staging areas. This role requires a sharp focus on detail, efficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets and SKUs.
- Utilize RF scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items and quantities.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or shipping areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Meet or exceed daily picking quotas.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift, with the capacity for lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
