Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Sacramento, California as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is critical to our logistics chain, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. You'll work with state-of-the-art warehouse management systems and be part of a team dedicated to efficiency and accuracy. Key responsibilities include accurately locating and retrieving items from inventory, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring they are packaged securely. Your role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and operational success. Safety is paramount in our facility; you will be trained on and expected to follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Label packages accurately for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
