Come work as an Order Picker at our facility in Boise, Idaho! We're looking for reliable individuals to join our essential logistics team. Your main focus will be accurately selecting and gathering products from warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders. This involves reading order tickets or using electronic devices to identify the correct items and quantities. Precision and efficiency are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our operational goals. You will also be responsible for preparing items for shipment, which may include light assembly, bagging, or staging orders. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is crucial for safety and productivity. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting of products. Experience in a warehouse setting or in order fulfillment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. Responsibilities:
- Retrieve correct items and quantities from warehouse shelves.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory movements.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a neat and orderly workspace.
- Follow all company safety guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
