We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, ensuring the correct quantity and product type are selected. You will utilize hand-held scanners or other devices to track inventory and update order status. Strong attention to detail is essential to minimize errors and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for organizing and staging picked items for packing and shipping, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to all company safety protocols. Excellent communication skills are needed to coordinate with team members and supervisors. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and possesses a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
