We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this essential role, you will contribute to the daily operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. Your duties will encompass a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires a proactive approach, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to workplace safety , including the diligent use of PPE . The ideal candidate is a team player with good communication skills and the ability to perform tasks involving manual labor and occasional heavy lifting . We are committed to providing a secure and productive atmosphere for our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Fulfill orders by picking and packing items according to specifications.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other transport vehicles.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Wear all required PPE and follow all established safety procedures.
- Handle lifting and moving of items weighing up to 50 lbs as required.
