We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing customer orders. This role is crucial to our warehouse operations, ensuring that our clients receive the correct products in a timely manner. You will work closely with inventory management systems to track stock levels and fulfill orders accurately. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, adhering to all company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good physical stamina, and a proactive approach to tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order sheets or electronic pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking and packing goals.
- Adhere to all PPE requirements and company safety guidelines.
- Manage lifting of boxes up to 50 lbs.
