As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders, utilizing order lists or RF scanning equipment. - Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Use RF scanners or pick sheets to identify and retrieve products.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including **Safety** guidelines.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Comfortable with tasks involving movement and occasional **Lifting** up to 45 lbs.
- Understand the importance of accurate picking for overall **Logistics**.
- Wear required **PPE** at all times in designated areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order lists or follow scanner prompts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
